Hello all,

I think I'm going to try to get back to this blog. I don't have that much time for blogging like I did back in the old days. But, I think I'm going to at least try.

I guess I could go over what has been going on with me as of late.

In late February,I found a (much needed) job. I am the hostess at a local restaurant. It's an alright job. I usually work from Thursday to Sunday. Therefore, I don't get that much time to do things I would like. I don't really want to talk too much about work so, I'm going to move on to the next subject. March was a blur. I don't remember most of it. I pretty much worked, went to school, studied and drove here and there. Oh, and I started to become more of a slacker at school. I'm just so ready to graduate. So far, April has been pretty fair to me. I have a week off due to our Spring Break. I only asked for three days off but, they don't need a hostess on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I haven't done much this Spring Break except lay around. I laid out a bit. Now, I'm sunburned. I don't know if you can tell from this photograph or not.

Tomorrow, I'm going on a mini-road trip with my sister. We're going to Mississippi to see my grandparents. I'm going to spend a few hours with one of my grandmas. We're going to eat a good country dinner (or lunch,) hopefully ride my Uncle's horses and enjoy each other's company. Then, I'm going to head in my Taurus and head across town to my other grandma's (though I call her Mimi.)

The next day, my Mimi and I are heading down for a much needed trip to New Orleans. We're going to eat good food. I'm going to take photographs. And, we're going to Buffalo Exchange. I'm super duper excited about Buffalo Exchange. I am hoping to find a nice summer dress, dressy shirts, nice skirts, cute heels and/or sandals. I'm so excited. It's supposed to be 80°. Perfect weather. We're going to head back that night. Then, my other grandma is going to bring my sister to my Mimi's. Then we're going to head back to Alabama. I'm so excited about all the driving. I'm one of those people that loves to drive. I don't understand how I waited about half a year to get my license. Well, guys, I have a beyond messy room I must clean. I also need to fold my laundry and pack.
